The 71 GreenSmart Electric is for designers and homeowners working on a great room, a double-height living space, or a three-sided divider who want the biggest of these electric fires. Skip it and the wall gets a fire that looks undersized; specify it and the proportions work.
What Makes It Special
This is the top size in the GreenSmart Electric line, and DaVinci places no limits on finish materials or clearances around it. Wood, stone, or plaster can run straight to the opening.
Holographic flames rise over large split logs and a detailed ember bed in Lodge or Urban style, with synchronized crackling audio. Four lighting zones (logs, downlight, fuel bed, and the optional ambient kit) take your color and brightness settings.
One unit covers single-sided, left corner, right corner, and full-bay layouts. Run the heater, or switch it off and keep the flame.
Possible Downsides
- The heater reaches top output only when wired for 240 volts. At 120 volts, expect roughly half the warmth.
- Ambient lighting is not in the box. It comes as a separate LED kit.
If the design calls for a fire at full architectural scale, the 71 GreenSmart Electric is the right decision. The largest room in the house gets a fire that looks like it belongs there.
