Real, and honest about what it is: a price for the Regency: Grandview Medium DV G800 as configured, a fitting vent kit, and professional installation labor, built from real Seattle installs. Yes, both. Our own in-house installers set the Regency: Grandview Medium DV G800, run the venting and the gas, pull the permit, and light the first fire before leaving.
