Who pulls the permit?

Real, and honest about what it is: a price for the Regency: GL18V 18" Vented 2-Burner System V18M as configured, a fitting vent kit, and professional installation labor, built from real Seattle installs. It is not binding. The free one-to-two-hour in-home visit checks your actual house before the price is final, and nothing is ordered until then.
Do you install and service the Regency: GL18V 18" Vented 2-Burner System V18M yourselves?
Yes, both. Our own in-house installers set the Regency: GL18V 18" Vented 2-Burner System V18M, run the venting and the gas, pull the permit, and light the first fire before leaving. Afterward the service desk looks after every unit that came from Sutter, with factory-trained technicians and a real date when you call.
