You leave a name and phone number—no payment online. A real person from the shop calls to go over the configuration, confirm the price, and set up delivery or pickup. That's on purpose: grills get bought right when a person checks the details.

Yes—grill service and cleaning run out of the same shop. If it makes fire and we sold it, we'll keep it running.

When it needs a gas line, a circuit, or a permit, yes: our own crew installs plumbed fire features, mounted heaters, and built-in grills, and we pull the permit and meet the inspector.
