Can you service a product that I did not purchase from Sutter?

Unfortunately, we are not able to service products that are not purchased from our store. Our team is happy to provide referrals upon request, simply reach out to us and we will do our best to provide a reference based on your location and type of appliance that needs servicing.

I’m not sure who I purchased my product from, can you help me?

We may be able to help! Fill out the above form and we can search for your information in our records. Describe the appliance as best as you can so we can ensure there is a match. If we are unable to provide service for your product, we are happy to provide referrals upon request.

What is Your Service or Range Area?

Our team is dedicated to servicing our products within the greater Seattle area, Bainbridge Island, and Vashon Island. This includes homes south of Highway 2 in Everett, north of Route 516 in Kent, and west of Route 203 on the Eastside. Please contact our team for more details about our service area.

What are your service rates?

We charge a call-out fee and hourly rate based on the number of staff needed for your service. Your appointment may also require additional parts or supplies that could affect the final price. Reach out to our Service department for more information.

When can I expect to hear back about my service appointment?

It can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to hear from our Service team after submitting your initial request, depending on the time of year. We appreciate your patience; our small team follows up with requests in the order they are received.
